I find it surprising that something like SK that is now popular even in West has no information available online, other than on websites associated with AOL or on the websites that are supposedly created by ex-teachers to "debunk" the cult that AOL is (it may be a cult, but I am interested in just the Kriya part.)Įvery article I read online is either by the devotees or by disgruntled ex-teachers.Īs someone who has done the AoL programs I can safely say that you can get the benefit of the programs without being submerged into the cult.īut there's a list of the papers AoL cites :ġ. But I haven't come across an article from a reputed source about the science behind all of this.ĭoes anyone have links to any bias-free, independent researched articles or papers, or even a blog post on sites like WebMD or similar? I also came across a blog that explains in detail how the Kriya is close to hyperventilation and can be dangerous. I did come across few research papers but they seem biased. But I have not come across any good research or articles that either proves that it has some merit or disproves it. I have researched a bit on Sudarshan Kriya that Art of Living organization teaches.
